The Rig
This is brewing rig version 1. It is all electric, with two 4500 watt hot water heater elements, one in the HLT, and one in the kettle.

Phil's HERMS
My brewery system is a bit different to the equipment the majority of homebrewers in the UK use to brew their beer. Having a HERMS brewery doesn't necessarily mean I can brew better beer than the more traditional homebrew method but it is more fun, to me anyway!
