Links below lead to sites where equipment was
purchased for some aspect
of the brewing system including peripherals such as fermenters, Cornelius kegs,
keg cooler, etc. No links are provided to the obvious BIG businesses, like home
improvement centers where copper tubing, nuts, bolts, etc. were purchased.
I've included a graphic indicating sites that have a link back to this site.

Cajun Cadillac Cooker
Try a search for Cajun Cadillac Cooker or Jambalaya Burner or Kings Kooker
The Kings Kooker is used on CHEM but the burner from this link, identical in appearance, can be set up for natural or propane gas. Compare prices and your application to get the deal you like.
12 Gallon Stainless Steel
Cylindroconical Fermentor Toledo Metal Spinning
They actually manufacture stainless steel hoppers and lids of the correct dimensions to use as a fermenter. For a charge they will attach fittings for you or you can do it yourself. You will also have to construct a stand of some sort to support the finished fermenter.
Heat Exchanger Blichmann Engineering
Here is a similar type heat exchanger called the Therminator. Check out their speck sheet for performance. Probably quite a bit lower in price than what mine would have been new. They sell only wholesale but have a list of distributers such as homebrew shops.

ehostpros.com
Powerful affordable web hosting which I've used for this site for several years. Also I get a kick-back, which helps defray costs, if you sign-up within 30 days
The following may not have anything to do with CHEM
other than somehow being related to brewing
A site I authored relating to brewing
